I am a Technologist and currently I manage my three startups LadderMinds (Consulting and Product Building), Acodeidea (Evolving Digital Transformation) and WeThe5Pilots (AeroScience Engineering and Education on UAV and Satellites).

During my previous employment tenure at Aditya Birla Minacs where I architected some of the biggest RAV systems in the world for a motoring company.

Mentoring Startups at community events like Ephipany an initiative of E-Cell NIT Trichy powered by Headstart Network Foundation, Startup Weekend Coimbatore by Google for Entrepreneurs and Regional Startup Activation Program 2017 by Forge Accelerator has been in my consistent must-do list.
